According KIAF's rules evaluation in PR, Media, Marketing Services Projects and Advertising Campaigns categories pass in two steps. At first step, which lasts about 7 days - since 13th to 20th May, all jury members works independently and evaluation work has been exhibited in the code - "yes" or "no" . All individual reports are sent to the KIAF's organizing committee, which summarizes all evaluation and generates a consolidated report.
At second step of evaluation, which will begin on May, 25, all jury members are working with the consolidated protocols.
26th of May, in the first day of KIAF will be public presentation of some projects and campaigns. As time allotted for presentation is limited, the organizing committee selects only a small part of the projects submitted for the festival. As usually, for public presentation selects campaign which received the highest number of votes. Of course, list of campaigns to be invited to a public presentation is not equal to the list of finalists. Public presentation set up, on one hand, for introducing visitors of the festival with some interesting ad campaigns and on the other hand, to induce the opinion of the jury in one direction or another.
This year KIAF's organizing committee do not publish list of works that have passed pre-selection. We publish list of entries and participants which are selected by the KIAF's organizing committee for public presentation.
Attend to that this list is not a definitive list of finalists!
