L-2. Corporate PR: projects directed to building reputation of a company (including, but not restricting to internal PR, CSR activities) 

L-3. Political PR: projects , directed to promotion of political forces, interests

L-4. Digital PR: any PR projects in the digital world /

L-5. Unconventional PR: guerilla projects, work with rumors and so on 

Criteria of entries’ evaluation by jury members:
  • Strategic approach to the task
  • Conducted research that helps to obtain metrics to measure success of a program or a project
  • Originality of communication idea, campaign concept
  • Selection of the most effective communication channels
  • Quality of project tactics realization
  • Results that can be measured

Projects or programs realized during 15.05.08-01.05.09 are accepted


Common requirements to contest entry content

In entry’s presentation there must be:
  • Description of campaign’s objects posed.
  • Description of proposed solutions, methods and communication tools.
  • Description of results that campaign achieved.
  • Description of things that differ this campaign and make it deserving of award
Entries technical requirements

Entry must be given in the form:

  • Presentation Image in JPEG format, 72 dpi, RGB; the longest side of the ad must be at least 1200 pixels 
    This image is a summary of your entry and must be on one page. It should present key presentation elements in English language and exhibit some key visuals. This presentation image will not be presented to the jury. 

    File must be named as the entry title.

  • MPEG-2 *.mpg, *.mpeg ", encoded at 8 megabits per second, dimension 720 x 576 pixels
    Only files with .mpeg or .mpg extensions and with the right properties will be accepted.
    Maximum length of video or presentation is 5 minute

    This video presentation of your entry should contain all key elements to best explain the campaign and a simple, clear commentary in English summarizing your entry. If the campaign includes media solutions for TV, press radio etc., they should be included in the presentation.

    This video-presentation will be presented to the jury. 

    The files executed under the given requirement, should loaded on e-Disk of Festival after filling of competitive request.
    A request for the access receipt is sent directly from the Festival site
