The jury marks quality of the skill shown in the course of creation of an advertising film. Quality of direction, copywriting or installation is considered, for example skilful use of music or sound design, depending on a category to which work is submitted. The idea, standing up for execution, and concerning the client or the trade mark, should not be considered competition jury. Certainly, idea and execution are so bound, so the idea not always can be ignored completely. If the film or a preview trailer creates pleasant or remembered aesthetic sensations, without dependence from a theme, a product, the client or idea it can become successful in category Craft even if it has not received awards in other competitions

All competitive TV of work must contain prerevod texts on English (titles).
Contest materials must be given in two kinds:
- MPEG1, shot size - 320х240, максимальний розмір - 15 Мб
These files must be a part of contest application and lay out directly on the Festival’s website
- in MPEG2 only, *.mpg, *.mpeg ", (data stream (b.r.) – no less than 8 Mb/sec, shot size - 720 x 576), audio - in MP3 only (data stream no less than 128 Kb/sec, discretization (sampling) – from 44100 Hz, 16 bit, stereo)
These files must be indicated: contest category, entry.
Files, executed under this requirement, are loaded on e-Disk of the Festival after filling the competitive request.
A request for the access receipt is sent directly from the Festival site.
