May 27th, 2010, during the Kiev International Advertising Festival there will be held a round table, where there will be discussed the topic of relationships of both new and traditional methods of PR and their effectiveness in solving communication problems
The organizer is Ukrainian PR-Alliance (UPRA), with the support of the organizing committee of the Festival.
The theme of the roundtable is: "New Media and Traditional PR: vs or together?"
During the event there will be discussed the following questions:
* New media: what, when and why? (Basic types, the feasibility of application).
* Promoting online and offline for B2B and B2C markets: pluses and minuses.
* "Traditional» PR: what are its strengths?
* Essential: the role of PR-events in a complex of promotion.
* Why did the PR-agencies rush online?
* When will the offline die?
* Is there life for nicks and accounts? (Problems of authenticity in social networks and forums). * Challenges in measuring the effectiveness of online PR.
* Virtual profits? The budgets for communication in new media.
* The mechanisms of effective promotion and interpenetration of online and offline promotion forms.
Speakers at the round table will be the heads of public organizations, prominent experts in the field of PR and Internet communications, experts.
The event will take place on May 27th, 2010 in the Blue Hall of the Kiev Cinema House (st. Saksaganskogo, 6). Beginning is at 15:15.
