Frank Dophayde,
Manager of "Grey Germany"



Frank Dophayde has gained an education of a sports coach before he decided to start a more creative life. He began his career as a copywriter in 1990 at Grey, where he won several of his first awards.

After working in Grey, Frank moved to the BMZ (Publicis) to the position of an executive creative director. During his work, BMZ (Publicis) received the title of the "Agency of the Year 1999". After six years, he was for 2 years appointed an executive creative director at Red Cell (WPP).

Frank returned to Grey in the end of 2004, already as a leader. And this was the first time a representative of the creativity has taken the top position in the second-largest advertising group in Germany. His mission in the agency was to increase creative passion sensually and visually.

During the first year under his leadership Grey was declared «shooting star of the year». Grey has been winning awards in the world, among which was the first bronze lion at Cannes. So Grey reached the top 10 creative agency rating.
In 2006, Frank entered the TV jury at Cannes.

Among his numerous awards is gold at the London International Advertising Festival, New York Advertising Festival and ADC New York; silver from Epica, New York Advertising Festival and London International Advertising Festival; Grand Prix at Cresta.
