Alexander started to work in advertising on his last course of university. He finished his diploma work earlier to dedicate 1993-94 to work in BBDO Moscow advertising agency as an account executive. In 1994-95 Alexander worked as an account in Bates / Saatchi&Saatchi Moscow, and then the same year he went to the Adventa / Lintas Moscow (ADV Group) agency. Alexander Gorlov worked 11 years in different agencies of ADV holding. In 1999 Alexander Gorlov arrived to Kiev. Originally, the term of business trip was 2 years, but he loved the city so much that decided to stay. Besides it was necessary to run «Adventa Lowe Lintas Kiev» - the first agency of ADV Group in Ukraine.
In Kiev Alexander Gorlov got an MBA degree from the Kyiv Mohyla Business School, common program of Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University in Chicago. Gorlov made «ADV Group» the strongest ad holding in the country. In addition, Alexander was responsible for the business of «ADV» in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Moldova.
On September 1, 2006 advertising community learnt about Alexander Gorlov's stepping down as director of ADV Group Ukraine in order to do his own business.
Alexander bought one of the strongest creative agencies of ADV holding - ADVENTA Communications. Soon the agency was renamed to TABASCO. Today the group of agencies includes TABASCO creative agency, FULL CONTACT BTL agency, SIGMA MEDIA media agency and PRODIGI digital marketing agency. The Group offers integrated solutions that are based on bright creativity and innovative technologies.
Also, Alexander Gorlov is the author of the idea of creating the Exchange of social advertising and is its curator.
